About the Role
We are looking for an ERP Business System Analyst with hands-on experience in enterprise application integration and process optimization. The ideal candidate has worked with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow and understands how to align business processes with technology. This role focuses on ensuring seamless system integration, data consistency, and workflow automation across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP system solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules related to finance, operations, or supply chain.
- Work on integration projects between ERP systems and third-party applications (CRM, HR, BI tools).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and improve business workflows.
- Develop functional documentation, process maps, and test plans.
- Support system upgrades, data migrations, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of ERP experience (Dynamics / SAP / Oracle / ServiceNow preferred).
- Proven experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of database structures, business process mapping, and data governance.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools or Agile methodology (a plus).
