3. Payment and Billing
- All services provided by Mountainise.com are non-refundable.
- Once a contract is signed, the client is obligated to pay for the full month, regardless of whether the services are fully utilized.
- Any immediate termination of the contract does not affect the invoice, and full payment for the agreed period must be made.
- Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the contract.
- Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Contract Termination
- Clients may request termination of services, but termination before the end of the billing cycle does not relieve them of their payment obligations.
- Mountainise.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse of services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Any intellectual property developed during the service engagement remains the property of Mountainise.com unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
- Clients may not copy, redistribute, or resell any proprietary materials provided by Mountainise.com without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Mountainise.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no guarantees regarding specific results.
7. Confidentiality
- Both Mountainise.com and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information exchanged during the contract.
- Anonymized data may be used for internal analysis and service improvement.
8. Changes to Terms
Mountainise.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and clients are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
