About the Role
Mountainise is looking for a motivated and tech-oriented MTO – Business & Technology to support marketing automation and CRM operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to marketing tech, automation workflows, and customer data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing automation workflows
- Support CRM data management, segmentation, and updates
- Help execute email, SMS, and campaign automations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams for campaign execution
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation
- Maintain documentation of workflows and CRM activities
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or 8th semester students or of Computer Science, Software Engineering or related tech field are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in marketing technology and automation tools
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to work in evening/night shift (5 PM – 2 AM, onsite)
