Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will manage campaign execution, workflow automation, CRM data hygiene, integrations, and reporting to support marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Manage integrations with tools like Zapier, ZoomInfo, and Slack
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign and funnel performance
- Troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Adminisation, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
- Strong expertise in HubSpot
- Understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and data management
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email layouts.
- Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and how they sync with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- HubSpot certifications are a plus
