About the Role
Mountainise is seeking a proactive and client-focused Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between clients and internal technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationship management
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for CRM and marketing automation solutions
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for internal teams
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and RevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on CRM optimization, automation workflows, and process improvements
- Monitor client performance metrics and suggest enhancements for better ROI
- Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and RevOps processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a consulting or agency environment
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
- Certifications in CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
