We are expanding our US team and looking for a Client Success Manager who can build strong client relationships, manage ongoing engagements, and ensure our customers receive consistent value from our services and solutions.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting project delivery, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This is a highly collaborative role that partners with our RevOps consultants, technical architects, and project managers to deliver smooth, high-impact results for Mountainise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business processes to ensure alignment with Mountainise deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (RevOps, CRM, engineering, PMO) to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, kickoff preparation, and resource coordination.
- Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities for optimization or upsell.
- Prepare weekly status updates, reports, and client-facing summaries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship growth.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and cross-team collaboration efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, RevOps, or related customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to CRM or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working directly with executives, marketing teams, and sales teams.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or workstreams simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
