About the Role

Mountainise is seeking a proactive and client-focused Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between clients and internal technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationship management
  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for CRM and marketing automation solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for internal teams
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and RevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on CRM optimization, automation workflows, and process improvements
  • Monitor client performance metrics and suggest enhancements for better ROI
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and RevOps processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a consulting or agency environment
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
  • Certifications in CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
