About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Technical Account Manager with hands-on experience in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams—gathering requirements, defining project scopes, and ensuring successful delivery of marketing technology solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their systems, goals, and challenges, translating them into actionable technical plans for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients.
- Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements to internal teams.
- Collaborate with developers, CRM admins, and marketing ops specialists to ensure project success.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clear communication.
- Review CRM and marketing automation setups (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign).
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
- Conduct client check-ins, demos, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-sales, implementation, and support phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one platform: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong understanding of workflows, lead management, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate client needs into clear technical tasks.
- Experience using project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com preferred).
