About the Program

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy BizTech Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven campaign execution. This role bridges marketing and technology ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows to drive marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Pardot.
  • Support CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Assist with marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and dashboard reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline processes through technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation or integrations.
  • Support implementation of new MarTech tools, including documentation and user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree BSCS
  • 6 months+ experience in marketing automation or business technology roles.
  • Working knowledge of at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or API integrations (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
