About the Program
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy BizTech Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven campaign execution. This role bridges marketing and technology ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows to drive marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, or Pardot.
- Support CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and segmentation strategies.
- Assist with marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and dashboard reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline processes through technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation or integrations.
- Support implementation of new MarTech tools, including documentation and user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree BSCS
- 6 months+ experience in marketing automation or business technology roles.
- Working knowledge of at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, ActiveCampaign).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or API integrations (a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
