About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Business System Analyst to join our growing Business Technology team. The ideal candidate is Salesforce-certified, has hands-on experience in both Salesforce Administration and Development, and is eager to solve complex business challenges through automation and CRM innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization across multiple business units.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions using Salesforce tools.
- Build custom objects, validation rules, flows, and reports/dashboards.
- Collaborate with developers on Apex triggers, Lightning components, and API integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy, system governance, and proper documentation of all changes.
- Assist with user training, support requests, and system troubleshooting.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align Salesforce with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience (Admin + Development).
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator or Developer) is mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
- Understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP, and data management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
